New York artist David Ellis stayed in Austin last summer, working on a new video, which debuted at the University of Texas/LANDMARKS last week. The film, called “Animal,” was prominently featured in conjunction with the unveiling of UT’s new art building, which has been expanded to include new gallery spaces and lecture space, movie viewing area.
