Friend and artist Hoyun Son will be featured at The Blanton Museum in Austin, Texas for the “New Works for the Collection,” which opens this Friday (May 21, 2010) and will remain up through August 22nd.
Son is currently residing in Santa Fe, NM during a residency at the Santa Fe Art Institute, where she is working on “Mapping the Heart” and “Couple Therapy.” If you would like to participate in “Couple Therapy,” an interactive performance art project, visit Hoyun’s blog: http://hoyun.wordpress.com/. Hoyun is a Korean artist, who currently resides in Chicago, where she received her degree from the Art Institute.
